The Sacramento School of Harp presents two events in one week for all harpists and harp music lovers. Sunday, March 15th @ 3 pm we feature Dr. Beverly Wesner-Hoehn, harpist in a chamber music concert of harp and strings favorites, at the Jean Runyon Little Theater @ Memorial Auditorium, Sacramento. Dr. Bev is featured with musicians of the Sacramento Philharmonic and Opera in pieces for harp, string quartet and flute by John Rutter and Marcel Grandjany as well as duos and a trio for three...yes...three harps! The Jean Runyon Little Theater is a charming gem of the City of Sacramento. A small, preserved and intimate recital hall perfect for harp inside the Memorial Auditorium Building. Then on Saturday March 21st at 10:00am - 2:30pm a celebration of spring and harp with Dr. Bev as she gives a Masterclass to students and teachers on the "Music All Harpists Should Know" followed by a String Changing and Harp Maintenance Workshop.
