The project 'Food for Ears' [Hrana za Uši] organizes free classical music concerts at markets in Novi Sad. Masterpieces of great composers have already been heard at the Limanski, Detelinarski, Futoški, and Riblja markets. On October 12, music will be performed at Riblja Pijaca by young musicians from the Academy of Arts, Kristina Lakić (violin) and Saša Kvaica (double bass). These musicians have been seen at concerts at the Synagogue and the City Hall, and now at the market! Cool initiative, isn't it? Astor Piazzolla, Carlos Gardel, Edward Elgar, Scott Joplin, the Neapolitan song O Sole Mio performed live in the morning at the market! 🔥 Come for food for the body and don't forget about food for the ears and soul!
