The festival kicks off on Friday of Labor Day weekend, with the second largest parade in Indiana, followed by the official Welcome and Opening of the festival at The Main Stage on Water Street. Then beginning at 8:00 pm the Abbi Scott Band will be providing local music stretching from the Country and Rock genres. Fireworks will beginning at 9:30, and then the band will continue until 11:00 PM. This event on the main stage is welcome to all ages!
