James Gillespie's Primary Stage Club returns to the stage in March 2026 at the Church Hill Theatre with a reworked script of The Pure Wicked Wizard of Ed, designed for kids. When Dorothy tries to escape with her dog Totes, she gets caught in a storm and ends up in Edinburgh. With help from friends and Linda the good witch, she travels through Edinburgh to find the Pure Wicked Wizard of Ed, facing the Wicked Witch. Expect a talking dog, 2 minions Ant & Dec, 3 not very nice cats, and a story about resilience and friendship.
