Michael Feinberg is “fast approaching giant status on the jazz scene” (LA Weekly).

His 10 albums as a leader make him one of the most prolific artists of his generation and his bass playing has been described as having “incredible tonal command and melodic grasp” (Marlbank).

Feinberg has appeared with some of the most dynamic musicians of today including Aaron Parks, Ambrose Akinmusire, Jeff Tain Watts, Melanie Charles, Billy Hart, Jon Batiste, Louis Cole and Genevieve Artaadi, Peter Bernstein, George Garzone, and Dayme Arocena.

Feinberg is a graduate of the University of Miami and NYU and sits on the board of directors for Experience Ayiti a non profit dedicated to supporting Haitians through music and education.
