In March of 2019 Dennis van Aarssen received a message asking if he would like to hit the studio with two American songwriters named Jeff Franzel and Maria Christensen. One, an American pianist who accompanied Sammy Davis Jr., Frank Sinatra, and Mel Tormé, and the other an American lyricist who wrote, among other hits, "Waiting For Tonight" for Jennifer Lopez. This trio has written numerous songs over the years, which the Dutch crooner Dennis van Aarssen released.

Now, 5 years later, this collaboration reaches a new high point with the album:

"Just Call It Love". A collection of 11 beautiful love songs, recorded in one of the best-preserved, old studios in New York City, the Sear Sound Studio. This brand new album will be presented on March 12 at the Vondelkerk in Amsterdam, where all these new songs will be performed live by a band consisting of Gersom Raams (guitar), Richard Frijters (double bass), Mitchell Damen (drums), Laurence Gaudreau (cello) and of course pianist Jeff Franzel and singer Dennis van Aarssen.
