Description
An evening of Islamic art, poetry, and sevdah: "Bridges of Light, Peace, and Love"
It will take place on December 26 at 6 p.m. at the Novi Sad Cultural Center.
Sevdah is a Turkish word meaning deep, undivided love, as well as a musical genre specific to Bosnia and Herzegovina called sevdalinka, songs that UNESCO considers to be intangible cultural heritage.
The Nur Svetlost Association and the Mufti of Vojvodina invite all interested parties to attend the evening.
