Great news! Former Band of Friends (Rory Gallagher’s band) guitarist Gwyn Ashton is touring, smashing out stages across Australia, the UK and Europe..
Doing a series of his powerhouse solo/one-man band shows and a new power trio, Ashton and has returned to Europe from Australia to perform and is available for festivals, venues and blues guitar workshops. His concerts include half acoustic and half electric performances.
We're looking for booking agents, festivals and venues and ready to work immediately!
Ashton is based in Central Europe and plays jazz, rock and blues, folk festivals, venues, guitar clinics and guitar shows and has played with some of the legends of blues and rock throughout the past three decades - Status Quo, Johnny Winter, The Yardbirds, The Troggs, Slade, Mick Taylor, Peter Green and dozens more.

Ashton recently finished a 55-date Australian tour and a UK, Central European and Croatian tour of festivals and venues in the 2024 summer. He also played across Europe, Australia and England, recorded a single with Richard Fortus from Guns N' Roses and released his solo album Mojosoul. He toured The Netherlands with UK prog rock pioneers Wishbone Ash and headlined the Adelaide Guitar Festival with Chris Finnen.
