Kayo Dot, the mercurial melancholy collective led by composer Toby Driver, returns to Europe this summer on tour in support of their new album, Every Rock, Every Half-Truth Under Reason, out August 1, 2025. Reuniting the original Choirs of the Eye lineup on its 20th anniversary, the album introduces liminal metal—a genre unto itself, built from custom-designed microtonal instruments, densely voiced harmonies, and a compositional approach that resists the predictable. The tour will include appearances at ArcTanGent Festival in the UK and Prophecy Fest in Germany, alongside a series of club dates presenting the band’s most intricate and unsettling work to date.
