GAA Handball are hosting a foundation course in St.Clares College Coleraine, Co. Cavan as part of the GAA TY Future Leaders Programme (NI equivalent) in March 2026. The course introduces the fundamentals of Handball: the strokes, warm-ups, mini games, lesson planning and basic tactics. On completion, TY students will coach in their school, local primary school, and/or club to gain coaching experience and the required hours for full accreditation via Sport Ireland.
