"Pluća" by British author Duncan Macmillan is not just a drama about two people. It is a drama about all of us. About a generation suffocating in contradictory information, in insecurity, in an attempt to be "good" while the world around becomes increasingly complicated. On the Small Stage of Madlenianum, directed by Ivan Vuković, this two-hander is performed without scenery, without costumes, but with full lungs—because what happens between the actors, Suzana Lukić and Goran Jevtić, is life itself.

In ninety minutes, a whole relationship unfolds before the audience—from the first conversation about parenthood, through pregnancy, loss, infidelity, reconciliation, to old age. Without a break, without pause, just like we breathe. Their lines are witty, painful, lucid, recognizable. Their struggle is our struggle. Their questions are the ones we ask ourselves.
