The organizers of the Street Musicians Festival - Gradić Fest have announced the results of the performer competition who will participate in this year's festival, to be held from August 29th to 31st in the outskirts of the Petrovaradin Fortress.

As stated, within the 24th edition of the festival, artists of various profiles, musicians, acrobats, and performers will perform at numerous points.

This year, the local, Novi Sad scene will be presented through a harmonious blend of rock 'n' roll, reggae, traditional ethnic music, and many other genres by the original band Tehacerosi.

Alongside them, the rap musician Menace and the indie alternative rock band Hydrogen with two new summer singles will perform.

As explained, Belgrade performers once again constitute a significant part of the program this year.

At various street locations of the festival, the new darkwave synth-pop duo Neonboder, the award-winning cantautor Stefan Bogosavljević - Bora, and the street artist Vladimir Tričković, who has been performing since the age of nineteen and presents his compositions on the streets across Europe, will perform.

In the streets of Gradić, performances will include the Zrenjanin pop-rock band Uroš and Nejaki, the Kikinda duo L&A Jazzical, as well as Mitar Zorić from Niš.

From the streets of foreign cities, there will be Dejanie from Macedonia, the Dutch blues band Underdog, a rock band from Tuzla named S-Alt, and the Zagreb band Grozni Gadovi, whose music draws attention to rarely discussed world issues.

The selection of participants who applied for the competition of the 24th Street Musicians Festival - Gradić Fest is the responsibility of the artistic jury composed of the selector of the domestic program Jana Katić Čolević, multimedia artist and program editor of the Street Musicians Festival Alexander Carić, and journalist and editor Sanja Macut Milovan.

In addition to the performers selected through the competition, the festival will feature regional and domestic artists by invitation, who will be announced later.

All programs will once again be completely free for visitors.

The Street Musicians Festival - Gradić Fest 2024 is organized by the Art Association 'Inbox' from Novi Sad, under the patronage of the City of Novi Sad and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia, as stated in the announcement.
