Organized by the City of Lowell’s Office of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, the series previews during the Kinetic Sculpture Race on Saturday, September 20th and continues on select Saturday evenings in October with performances at Derby Park, Dutton Street Market, and Merrimack Street.
