From January 10 to 25, 2026, Belgrade will host the Men's European Water Polo Championship, one of the most significant sporting events on the continent. The best European water polo players will compete in the spectacular atmosphere of the Belgrade Arena.Sixteen national teams will compete for the title of European champion at the 37th championship. The tournament will begin with a group stage, featuring four groups of four teams each. Serbia, as the host country, will be in Group C with the Netherlands, Israel, and Spain. Group A will feature Malta, France, Montenegro, and Hungary, while Group B will see Slovenia, Greece, Croatia, and Georgia compete, and Group D will have Turkey, Romania, Italy, and Slovakia. 2026 Men's European Water Polo Championship.
