New Year's Eve celebration

January 13 // Đački trg // 10pm

Concert by the band Riblja Čorba.

Riblja Čorba was founded in 1978 in Belgrade, and with their first single 'Lutka sa naslovne strane' they opened a new chapter in Yugoslav rock. Led by charismatic frontman Bora Đorđević, they became a symbol of rebellious, honest music. Iconic albums like Kost u grlu, Mrtva priroda, Buvlja pijaca and Istina shaped an era, with their sound being authentically raw, direct, and always on the edge of provocation. Songs like 'Ostani đubre do kraja', 'Pogledaj dom svoj, anđele', and 'Amsterdam' have made history in the regional music scene.

Throughout the decades, the band suffered great losses - guitarist Rajko Kojić, bassist Miša Aleksić, and in 2024, the legendary Bora passed away. However, the band continued to exist and create. Riblja Čorba still performs with the same passion, while its legacy lives on through more than 20 studio albums, thousands of concerts, and generations that have grown up with their songs.

The role of the lead vocalist has been taken over by Čika Joca Zmaj, a long-time backing vocalist for the band and a member of the team since 2012. In this sense, the spirit of Čorba has been preserved without new faces.

What sets this continuation of the story apart is the fact that no one has replaced Bora, but the band has continued to breathe as one in its standard lineup:

  • Miroslav Milatović
  • Vicko – drums
  • Vidoja Božinović
  • Džindžer – guitar
  • Nikola Zorić Nidža – keyboards
  • Jovan Jeftić Čika
  • Joca Zmaj – vocals
  • Ivan Stanković Ivke – bass
