Notable names such as David Wilcox, Tim O’Brien, Dar Williams, and Claire Lynch have also interpreted his songs. "Pierce is a master musical storyteller, delivering human truth and heartbreaking vulnerability with every tune" --Justin Paul (Grammy/Oscar/Tony-winning lyricist/composer, "La La Land" "Dear Evan Hansen”)
"Pierce can stop you with one line of a song. When you come back up for air, he hits you with a guitar chord of equal intensity -usually in a tuning that you wish you had thought of" -- Stuart Duncan (multiple Grammy-winning artist)
