To celebrate the release of their second EP, The Listening Body, Billie Maree performs with a five-piece band. Combining arpeggiated electric guitar, synth, and experimental drums with rich, complex vocals, the set is uplifting and emotive. Billie’s music draws from nature, incorporating field recordings of rivers, birds, and the sea. Released in collaboration with Sounds Right and EarthPercent, the EP features Nature as an artist. Their style blends ethereal jazz, alternative pop, and folk songwriting, likened to London Grammar, Florence and the Machine, and Aurora.
