From November 7 to 9, 2025, Lazareti will once again become the center of top-quality music with the fifth edition of the Dubrovnik Jazz Outbreak Festival. The festival, organized by Dubrovačka baština d.o.o., is held with the support of the City of Dubrovnik and the Dubrovnik Tourist Board, and represents a key cultural event of the post-season.

Just before last year’s edition of the Monterey Jazz Festival, the world’s longest-running jazz festival, held in Dubrovnik’s sister city of Monterey, California, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the two festivals. This step paves the way for the exchange of musicians and new cultural initiatives.

The Dubrovnik Jazz Outbreak will take place alongside the Lumi Art event, promising a rich and diverse November in Dubrovnik. For the first time, a new accompanying program titled "Gin & Jazz" will be introduced, combining top-tier jazz with the finest craft gins.
