Invocation of Nehek was discovered by Ken Susi (Unearth) who recorded the 2003 demo and produced/recorded the 2004 album at his studio

The band decided to split up in May of 2006, their last performance together was on June 10th of that year. When Invocation of Nehek broke up, Eliot Geller, Evan Cohen and Steve Pianka went on to form a short lived side project called "Deadly".
