Solid Gold, formed in 2000, is composed of core members Zack Coulter (frontman), Matt Locher (multi-instrumentalist), and Adam Hurlburt (guitar/bass), who met while attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Past members include drummer Jesse Cohen (of the Brooklyn band Tanlines) who came up with the band’s name, slide guitar player Shon Troth, drummer Adam Peterson, and guitarist Paulie Heenan.
