De Bruces A Mi is a deeply spiritual Colombian Reggae band that manages to combine the rhythms of Jamaican music with melodies and colors of Colombian folklore called Reggae Mestizo. De Bruces A Mi was founded in Sabaneta (Antioquia), Colombia, a suburb at the south end of Medellin, in 1999 by Mauricio at the far end of Medellin Aburrá Valley together with his friend Julio Domínguez, with whom he had been exploring the rhythms and philosophy of Reggae music for some years .
