FAKE TYPE. is a music duo unit based in Tokyo with rapper TOPHAMHAT-KYO (AO) and trackmaker DYES IWASAKI. DYES creates the catchy and melodious tracks, and AO sings the poppy and tricky rap. They incorporate a wide range of genres, such as: Pop, Electro Swing, Hip-Hop, Drum&Bass, Dubstep, etc. They formed in August 2013, and released the music video for "FAKE STYLE" featuring two characters based off themselves.
