Hackle Down On Em (HDOE) also known as Hackledown, is an American recording artist hailing from San Jose, California.
Citing Divine Council and Sickboyrari as influences, Hackle began making music in December 2020 under the alias Burlapper, solely releasing two songs— "I See Burlap" and "Hunted Down"—which he later took down. In a February 2022 interview with Masked Gorilla, he described the process of how he started making music:
