Bez obid is a Russian pop-rock band, formed in 2021 in Fryazino, Russia. They consist of vocalist and guitarist Oleg Bestolkoviy, guitarist Alexandr Aksyonov, bassist Denis Gavristov, and drummer Kit Karasev. They released their debut single, "leave me alone" on August 31, 2021. They released their debut EP, "your favorite track and three more" on October 13, 2021.
