Maximilian "Max" Uthoff (*September 24, 1967, in Munich) is a German cabaret artist. His father, Reiner Uthoff, founded the Munich Rational Theater in 1965 and co-directed it with his wife Sylvia Uthoff for thirty years before it went on a ten-year hiatus.
