The Shepherds was a Dutch vocal trio with Leni Schaap (Helen Shepherd) - Vocals, Jan Schaap (John Shepherd) - Guitar, vocals and most of the re-arrangements of the repertoire and Nico Schaap (Nico Shepherd) - Contrabass and Vocals 1960 – 1963: Two brothers and a sister grown up in a musical fisherman’s family in the city IJmuiden in the Netherlands.
