There are multiple artists named The Now 1) The Now were a DIY punk band from Peterborough, England. They released two now highly-sought after 7" records, the first self-released in 1977 and the second issued in 1979 on the esteemed Raw label. Members included Mike McGuire, Steve Rolls, Allen Adams, Giz Butt, Faz Farrow & Joe McColl After The Now, McGuire & Rolls formed Sudden Sway, Adams joined Destructors,as did Steve Rolls and Giz Butt (who later joined The Prodigy).
