Gilmore & Roberts is an English folk duo that combines award-winning songwriting with astounding lap-tapping guitar, fiery fiddle and their trademark harmonies, creating a powerful wall of sound. Prior to 2012, they recorded as Katriona Gilmore & Jamie Roberts. The duo have twice been nominated at the BBC Folk Awards. Both Gilmore and Roberts are multi instrumentalists, Gilmore sings and plays fiddle, mandolin, viola and guitar; Roberts sings and plays guitar, mandolin, banjo, cajon and adds trombone, drums and programming on their albums.
