The OFCM is an orchestra, formed in 1978 by Fernando Lozando. Some of his previous directors are: Enrique Bátiz, Herrera de la Fuente, Jorge Mester and Enrique Barrios. In 1981 the Academie du Disque Français granted it their "oscar" saying that it is "The best Orchestra in Latin America". Read more on
