Catrin Anna Finch (born in in Llanon, Ceredigion, Wales on 24 April 1980) is a Welsh harpist, arranger and composer.

Initially under the guidance of Elinor Bennett, she went on to study at The Purcell School and the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she studied with Skaila Kanga and received the Queen’s Award for the most outstanding student of her year. She has appeared with the world’s top orchestras and recorded for most of the major international recording companies. Finch and her husband, Hywel Wigley, jointly run a music centre and studio in Cardiff and have their own record label, Acapela, on which she now records
