Martyna Basta is a Krakow, Poland-based artist known for her diaristic sound that creates a delicate atmosphere blending lush and haunting elements. Classically trained in guitar, she left formal music education at the age of 18 and began focusing on synthesizers instead. Her approach to composition incorporates modulated voice, electronics, and field recordings.
