Coline Rio is a singer-songwriter from Nantes. Already known as the singer of the Nantes group INUÏT, where she is tumultuous and warlike, Coline reveals herself in a more intimate and poetic register with her solo project. Opening up to us with sincerity and delicacy, she defines her songs as a dialogue with the public, like a confidence around the subjects that touch her. Nature, love, humanity, fears and doubts are all themes that she expresses through her music and her lyrics in French. Through her melodic and cinematic universe, we can distinguish influences from Barbara, Agnes Obel and Patrick Watson. Scheduled for 2022, Coline Rio's first EP promises a unique journey to the heart of French song and electro-acoustic music.
