Pure Adult are an experimental punk band formed in Brooklyn in 2017. They consist of musician Jeremy Snyder and contemporary dancer and visual artist Bianca Abarca. Jeremy grew up in a church-turned-cult, where harsh, dissonant music was off-limits. Today, Pure Adult's music incorporates elements of post-punk and addresses themes of violence and oppression. After independently releasing their debut single, 'The Power of Incredible Violence, Pt. III', via FatCat Records, Pure Adult gained attention for their visceral and angst-filled sound. Read more on
