Formed in 2022, The Silver Doors is a psychedelic rock band based in Asheville, NC. Blending elements of psych, garage, blues, and more, they pay homage to the Appalachian mountains they call home and explore the boundaries of those genres with the incorporation of an effects-laden electric violin. Blending their collective influences and backgrounds, their sound gets catapulted into new territories by letting the violin shine among blues backbeats, punk basslines, and reverb-drenched guitar riffs.
