Maria-Therese has been writing and singing since the age of 9, touching on themes such as mental health and self love. From the Toronto suburbs of Brampton, she brings a blanket of sultry R&B vibes with a dash of Soul and Alternative in a refreshing tone. She released her first single “Throes of Love” back in 2020 which touches on the vulnerability of first love and giving yourself to someone when it isn’t quite reciprocated and expressing the raw emotions of being a women and the frustrations that follow.
