Encounters, from Bay Area based producer Tyler Hovestadt, is a downtempo electronic project blending ambient, downtempo, and live percussion that seeks to find balance between organic musicality and electronic exploration. In August 2022, Encounters released his debut "A Path Beyond" followed by "A Path Beyond Remixed" in 2023, and “Circuit Breaks” in 2024 with “Veil of Echoes”, his first full length album, scheduled for release near the end of 2025.
