After the departure of John Sheahan and the official retirement under the name of "The Dubliners" in late 2012, the remaining members of the group – Seán Cannon, Eamonn Campbell, Patsy Watchorn and guest musician Gerry O'Connor – formed a folk band called "The Dublin Legends" to keep The Dubliners' legacy alive.
