"La Luz" are a Seattle based all girl band formed in 2012, La Luz are made up of Shana Cleveland on guitar, Marian Li Pino on drums, Alice Sandahl on keyboard, and Lena Simon on bass. They had been practicing for about three months when they started playing their first shows. Shortly thereafter, they formed a following in their native city of Seattle that grew at an exponential rate. Before they knew it, they were selling out shows at the city's favorite DIY spaces and having to turn people away at the door.
