許哲珮 Peggy Hsu
Peggy Hsu or Hsu Che-Pei (Chinese: 許哲珮; pinyin: Xǔ Zhépèi) is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter. She was born on February 2, 1981 in Taipei, Taiwan.
While Hsu has released two albums of her own, she has written and composed a large number of songs for other Mandarin artists, notably Evonne Hsu and Joi Chua.
