Los Iracundos is a popular Uruguayan rock and romantic ballad band formed in 1958 in Paysandú, Uruguay. The group was founded by brothers Eduardo Franco (lead singer and songwriter) and Leonard Franco (lead guitarist), along with fellow musicians Juan Bosco Zabalo, John Bosco, Hugo Burgueño, Jesús María Febrero, and Alberto González.
They gained international fame in the 1960s and 1970s, especially across Latin America, with their unique blend of pop rock, romantic lyrics, and orchestral arrangements. Read more on
